  • "Unbroken Faith"- Peter's Story

Peter was saved at a young age when Korean missionaries brought

"The Jesus Film" into his small village. He was then discipled by these CRU missionaries as he grew up and went through school. Peter's Dad was a communist leader who kicked the Korean missionaries out of the country that led Peter to Christ. Peter’s dad disowned him for many years and tried to get Peter to renounce his faith and join the communist regime. Peter was put in prison 7 times for sharing Christ. One time in prison they asked him to sign a paper rejecting Jesus and he could go free. He said "Faith isn't on this paper, faith is in my heart." Then he was beaten, placed in a solitary confinement. Eventually the American Embassy got involved and he was released. His wife Noi was one of the 2% Christians in Laos and was raised in a Christian family. Before Peter and Noi got married, they adopted a friend’s baby so she wouldn't abort it. They've had 35 disciples living with them at one point.  Cooking by wood fire in the back. Part of their ministry is visiting unreached people groups 12 hours away that worship trees. The main part of their ministry is a soccer club called Master 7 where they do community outreach & Bible studies in their discipleship houses.
